Business Development Manager/ B2B Sales / Inside Sales Role:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to join a growing company and play a part in the merger and acquisition transactions across the U.S.
This person will be a key part of the Corporate Development Team and will assist with the company’s strategic and aggressive expansion plans.
In this role, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships and prospecting healthcare providers in the IDD space for sale to this company.
Actively execute on the company’s procedures and suggest modifications to enhance the process.
Through cold calling efforts, prospect for potential new targets and turn them into real acquisition opportunities for the company. 
Identify the decision makers within the target organization and build a positive, trusting rapport.
Build relationships with IDD agencies as well as professional advisors that support such agencies.
Research and build relationships with new targets, including cold calling and onsite visits.
Set up meetings for company executives with key decision makers.
Responsible for a variety of marketing/business development activities including networking conferences, trade shows, city and target visits, etc.
Create and execute contact strategy including in person, phone, and email campaigns.
Organize, update, and manage the CRM system for the market that includes real-time pipeline status and documentation of call/meeting notes, etc.
Responsible to plan your approaches and pitches and work with the Corporate Development Team to develop proposals to attract target providers and develop and enhance marketing materials specific for the market.
Conduct high-level research and assessments using publicly available resources such as research reports, SEC filings, industry information, etc. 
Analyze industry trends, competitive threats and expansion opportunities.

Business Development Manager / B2B Sales/ Inside Sales Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years’ of insides sales / marketing / business development experience and a proven track record of delivering high impact business results in a fast paced, high growth, entrepreneurial environments. 
Understanding of the US healthcare marketplace is preferred, but not required
Outstanding relationship building and sales skills
Track record of building a robust pipeline, relationship building and sales skills, and demonstrated ability to bring the pipeline to close.
Action oriented, team player with a demonstrated track record of success in customer acquisition (ideally in owner/operator space with a 6+ month sales cycle) and have interacted at the C-Level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to develop and earn the trust of others and possess demonstrated leadership qualities.
Ability to handle decision making and possess superior project management and presentation skills with a focused and dedicated desire for results driven approach.
High energy individual with a positive, “can do” attitude and approach and a “hunter” mentality that can easily deal with roadblocks and overcome disappointment easily.
Highly organized and is capable of working with a high degree of autonomy. 
Ability to be adaptable and adjust to a fast-paced team environment.
Microsoft Office and CRM proficient
Desire to build this company into a leading multi-state provider
The ideal person will be results focused, a fast learner and decisive, great at cold calling and building relationships, have a desire to win, and team player
Will work in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and travel on an as needed basis.
