Our client, located in Dallas, TX, is in need of several  Business Development Associates on a contract to possible hire basis.

Been in business since 2001 

Business Development Associate Role: 
The Business Development Associate is responsible for setting appointments for Business Development Managers. 
Responsible for making between 60 to 100 calls per day to qualify leads
Will be provided with sales leads from sales tracking software
The Associate must be able to communicate effectively on the phone and through written emails.
Schedule sales presentations for Business Development Managers
Updating and maintaining the company' s CRM 

Business Development Associate Background Profile:
Bachelors Degree highly preferred 
Minimum of 3 years of outbound calling / sales experience 
Experience in business-to-business telemarketing - REQUIRED
MUST be about to make 60 - 100 calls per day
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit 
Ability to work through company phone systems and gate keepers
Excellent communication skills
Strong MS Office Skills
