Job Description
Our client is looking to hire an Business 2 Business Sales Representative to sell Point-of-Sale (POS) systems tailored for small to mid-sized businesses. This offers a base salary plus bonus. This is a direct hire remote position. Must live in the Houston area.

Business 2 Business Sales Representative Role:
Prospect and canvass local businesses in the Houston area
Call into local businesses to schedule in person sales meetings
Educate potential clients on the benefits of our POS systems and value-added services
Perform product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
Close new business and meet/exceed monthly sales goals
Manage pipeline and activity using CRM tools
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive referrals and repeat business
Stay informed on product features, pricing, competitive landscape, and industry trends
Provide excellent post-sale support in partnership with onboarding and service teams
Business 2 Business Sales Representative
1+ years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or face-to-face customer acquisition
Must have POS system sales experience or have experience selling to small businesses such as convenience stores, restaurants, gas stations.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Professional appearance and demeanor
Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection resilience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Mike has a passion for community service, having served as a board member for the Bear Creek Specialty Utility District (formerly Lavon Water Supply Corporation) from 2007-2013; Community Independent School District board trustee from 2013-2017; and currently serves as Lavon City Councilman, Place 2 since 2017.
