Job Description

Our client located in Addison, TX has an immediate need for a Bookkeeper on a contract to possible hire basis.

Bookkeeper Role:
The Bookkeeper is   responsible for administrative functions within the branch, including providing support to the team, accounts receivable, accounts payable, answering the phones and greeting clients. 
Answer phones, collect mail, and manage office supplies/equipment
Posting customer payments, recording cash and checks
Accounts payables
Managing customer accounts
Delinquency reports
Client mailouts
Managing phones and front desk
Ordering office supplies
Maintain the day to day operations of the office

Bookkeeper Background Profile:
High School Diploma
2+ years of Bookkeeping and administrative support required
Must be proficient in MS Office Suite 
QuickBooks Exp a plus
Property Management Experience a plus
