Our client in Houston, TX is looking for a Bilingual Recruiter on a contract to possible hire basis.

Bilingual Recruiter Role:
The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified sales associates in a retail space as well as creating and maintaining a pipeline of exceptional talent to meet the business needs of the company.
The ideal person will be an outside of the box thinker, experienced in recruiting for high volume/lower wage positions, and stays up to date on the newest recruiting trends including digital and social media channels.
Responsible for full cycle recruitment including interviewing candidates, recommending qualified candidates, coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing feedback for both parties and extending offers.
Responsible to provide all candidates with an amazing candidate experience by being transparent, honest, and friendly throughout the recruiting process.
Meet current and future staffing needs by collaborating with regional Human Resources assistants and Hiring Managers from the business side to understand strategic business objectives and to develop strategies.
Educate hiring managers on the recruitment process.  
Develop and use a variety of recruiting methods including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, referrals, local colleges, recruiting events and role specific resources to maximize candidate sourcing.
Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through networking, conducting passive candidate outreach, and relationship-building strategies.
Ensure recruitment efforts adhere to federal and state regulations and guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures.
Understand California laws and be in compliance when interviewing candidates.
Remain current on the newest recruiting trends, which includes non-traditional methods of candidate sourcing.

Bilingual Recruiter Background Profile:
The Bilingual Recruiter will have a High School Diploma or the equivalent
5+ years’ experience in full cycle recruiting 
Experience recruiting in the retail industry preferred
Experience in handling high volume recruiting required
Experience with a variety of recruiting methods including all traditional methods as well as social media searches
MS Office Suite including Word and Excel
Strong working knowledge of current California recruiting practices, including interviewing and assessment of skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to speak and write in both English and Spanish is a must
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly organized, and be an energetic self-starter.
Ability to work independently with strong decision-making skills
