Job Description
Our client in Richmond, Texas has an immediate need for a Bilingual Receptionist on a contract to hire basis.

Bilingual Receptionist Role:
The receptionist will support the team with all clerical tasks (copying, printing, laminating).
Answer the phones in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct member
Greet clients upon arrival and connect them with the appropriate party
Assist the team with travel arrangements as needed
Occasional filing
Monitor and maintain office and kitchen supplies
Keep front reception and kitchen in order
Distribute incoming mail to the office staff
Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
Bilingual Receptionist Background Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent
6 months experience working in an office environment
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual in Spanish with strong English-speaking skills
Punctual and dependable
Strong organizational skills
Excellent time management and skills
Positive attitude
Team player
