Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner
Our client, based in Garland, TX, is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner for a direct hire position within the company.

Position: Bilingual HR Business Partner
- Strategic and operational HR leadership for both office and plant employees
- Experience in manufacturing with a strong background in employee relations
- Proficiency in navigating unionized environments
- Passion for structuring HR processes, mentoring junior HR staff, and fostering cultural change
- Key HR point of contact for plant and office employees, collaborating with leadership on HR strategy
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, investigations, and compliance with policies and labor laws
- Lead union-related activities including grievance responses, negotiation participation, and upholding collective bargaining agreements
- Drive process improvements in HR functions and promote a proactive approach to people management
- Provide guidance to frontline supervisors on HR best practices, communications, and performance management
- Work closely with recruitment staff on full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Oversee benefits communications and assist employees with benefit inquiries
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure alignment on priorities and daily operations
- Produce HR reports, monitor compliance metrics, and maintain accurate employee documentation
Bilingual HR Business Partner Qualifications:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing settings
- Direct involvement with unionized workforces and related employee relations issues
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and influence at all organizational levels
- Proven capability to work autonomously in fast-paced, changing environments
- Thorough knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Passion for employee development, organizational culture, and continuous enhancement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS)
