Job Description
Our client in Dallas, TX has an immediate need for a Bilingual HR Assistant on a direct hire basis.

Bilingual HR Assistant Role:
The Bilingual HR Assistant will be responsible for recruiting, employee assistance with timecards, benefits and troubleshooting log in issues for hourly employees.
Manages the hourly recruiting, posting reqs, schedules interviews, extends offers, managing the background process
Schedules onboardings, sends new hire links and ensures that is completed prior to orientation, prepares new packages
Schedules orientations, conducts new hire orientations/benefits, issues PPE, ids, lockers
Completes the onboarding and new hire process in Paycor for all new hires
Sends out new hire announcements to the Plant
Helps walk in candidates submit an employment application
Monitors temps hours
Requests temps when needed
Helps team members log into Paycor, resets passwords
Prints pay checks stubs when requested
Manages new hires/benefits enrollment completion
Helps new hire enroll in new benefits
Manages the Employee Board and buys decorations when needed
Manages the employee lunches on shift
CAP Program – gathers all cap information and send to appropriate person
CAP Program – distributes employee gifts
Manages Petty Cash Program & Reconciliation, issues, tracks, and reconciles Sunday pay
TEMPORARY COVERING FOR 2ND SHIFT HR:
Entering Temp hours to Database
Employee Liaison Support for 2nd Shift
Weekly & Monthly Attendance Recognition
Bilingual HR Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Minimum of 2 + years related human resources experience
Previous Paycor experience highly preferred
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to meet deadlines with specific time constraints
Ability to think critically and problem solve
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, must be proficient in Spanish
