Bilingual Employee Relations Liaison – 2nd Shift Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the development and administration of the Employee Relations program.
You will be responsible for employee advocacy and the affirmative action program.
You will interface with employees, government agencies, and educational institutions.
Responsible for applying methods of practice and work performance that conforms with the written established policies and procedures.
Recommend specific individuals and present staff for certain openings.
Conduct exit interviews to determine if any corrective action may allow retainment of the staff member.
Discuss exit interview findings with senior management.
Provide help to employees, supervisors, and department heads to settle work-related conflicts through advice and recommendations.
Recommend solutions to administration when negative trends are noticed due to  repetition of individual problems.
Administer the Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Programs and participate in quality assurance programs/activities.
Maintain consistency with the company’s standards.
Assist with transfers with department and assist with constructive advice forms.
Help process employees PTO, vacation, benefits, and 401K.

Bilingual Employee Relations Liaison – 2nd Shift Background Profile:
High School Diploma or the equivalent
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
3-5 years of experience in an Employee Relations HR role
Any experience with HR programs and organizations is a plus
Bilingual required
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word and Excel
UKG experience is a plus, but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong problem solver and critical thinker
Ability to work 2nd Shift – 3 pm – 12 am (midnight)
