Our client in Dallas, TX has an immediate need for a Bilingual Administrative Customer Support Representative on a direct hire basis.

Bilingual Administrative Customer Support Representative Role:
In this role, you will get to work on a variety of tasks and learn more about the high-end designer furniture industry! This is a customer support / administrative role.
You will be responsible for answering the phones in a friendly and professional manner, as well as assisting customers over the phone and occasionally in person with their orders.
Responsible for handling purchase orders and entering the order information.
Responsible for checking stock as needed for customers or company employees.
Work closely with the internal team and the sales team to ensure correct orders and timely deliveries.
Communicate with sales team on delivery dates, delays, issues, etc.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Ability to learn client products inside and out so that you can answer customer questions.
Contacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiries.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Filing, copying and miscellaneous administrative responsibilities.
Bilingual Administrative Customer Support Representative Background Profile:
High School diploma or equivalent
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of excellent customer service and administrative experience, with a high attention to detail and high sense of urgency.
Each day will be different and therefore the ideal candidate needs to be flexible and recognize that each day will offer new and unique challenges.
The desire and ability to offer and provide superior customer service and communication at all times.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
MS Office Suite
Bilingual – Spanish
Desire to work in a small office environment with a handful of employees
