Job Description
Our client in Richmond, Texas has an immediate need for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant on a minimum 3 month contract basis.

Bilingual Administrative Assistant Role:
The Administrative Assistant will support the team with administrative and clerical task, and will support the accounting team with data entry projects
Answer the phones in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct member
Greet clients upon arrival and connect them with the appropriate party
Assist the team with travel arrangements as needed
File and update documents
Monitor and maintain office and kitchen supplies
Distribute incoming mail to the office staff
Data entry into QuickBooks to support payroll
Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed
Bilingual Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of hands-on experience working in a quick moving office environment
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual in Spanish
QuickBooks experience a plus
Punctual and dependable
Strong organizational skills
Excellent time management and skills
Ability and desire to work in a small office and wear many hats
