Benefits, HRIS and Payroll Analyst

Our client, located in Irving, TX, is in need of a Benefits, HRIS and Payroll Analyst for either Contract to possible hire or a Direct Hire opportunity for those candidates that are currently working.
Multi-brand manufacturing company with offices across the United States and Canada.

The main purpose of this role is to act as a resource to company associates for matters related to benefits, leave and HRIS. Will administer benefits programs, maintain benefits records, make design changes to the HRIS system, submit and monitor payroll processes and assist with other HR projects.
Act as HRIS superuser and train others when needed
Research and resolve issues with the HRIS
Verify that all information has been entered into the HRIS accurately
Assist in payroll processing
Respond to benefits questions from both managers and associates
Administer the LOA requests and disability paperwork
Interpret FMLA and ADA implications related to LOA
Respond to 401K inquiries from associates and managers
Reconciliation of benefits invoices
Administer all reimbursement programs
Produce and process accurate and timely reporting
Support all HR functions as backup
2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits processing within an HR department
Bachelor’ s degree in HR or closely related filed (experience can be considered)
Must have prior experience working with an HRIS system
MUST have strong Excel skills
HR certifications such as CEBS, CCP, CBP, or PHR would be ideal for this role
Experience with ADP Workforce Now would be ideal for this role
