We have an amazing opportunity for an Automation Engineer in the North Central Texas area on a direct hire basis.

Automation Engineer Role:
In this role, you will streamline employee workloads and boost operational efficiency and reliability through the automation of repetitive or error-prone manual tasks.
Responsibilities include developing, designing, and implementing automated processes within the company's manufacturing operations. This encompasses creating comprehensive documentation and design guidelines to streamline product manufacturing and deployment, essential for executing and maintaining new manufacturing process systems.
Design, construct, and implement various automated manufacturing systems to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality in Tower Fabrication manufacturing processes.
Tasks involve designing, programming, modeling, testing, and deploying automated systems or devices for production tasks.
Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to develop layouts for automation components and analyze production processes to optimize outcomes.
Perform regular maintenance on automation tools, conduct repairs, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Collaborate with production and operations teams to establish specifications for quality assurance and machine operations, including equipment calibrations and maintenance.


Automation Engineer Background Profile:
Associate’s degree in the engineering and/or programming space
Hands on training and experience
Any Certifications obtained
3+ years’ experience
Any leadership/management experience is a plus
Intermediate to expert experience in coding
SOLIDWORKS and AutoCAD experience
Automation language code creation and editing training and experience
MRP experience is a plus
Ability and desire to hit the ground running
Team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills
