Position Overview – Attorney (2 Openings)
Our client is seeking two skilled, detail-oriented Attorneys to become integral members of their legal team. This is a direct hire opportunity with a strong focus on file review and litigation case management—not trial appearances. Ideal candidates will bring deep experience in Personal Injury and Bankruptcy, and a commitment to delivering top-tier legal counsel.

Attorney Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage cases through all phases of litigation
Conduct comprehensive file reviews and maintain consistent case progress
Draft and analyze legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
Provide sound, strategic legal advice to clients and colleagues
Maintain meticulous records in legal management systems (Litify experience preferred)
Limited court appearances; this is a non-trial-focused position

Attorney Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of legal experience, including at least 3 years in Personal Injury and Bankruptcy
Experience with Probate law is a plus
Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical capabilities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Active Georgia Bar License, in good standing
