Position Overview – Attorney (2 Openings)
Our client is seeking two skilled and detail-oriented Attorneys to join their legal team as integral members. This is a direct hire position with a strong focus on file review and litigation case management, excluding trial appearances. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Personal Injury and Bankruptcy, along with a commitment to providing top-notch legal guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee cases throughout all stages of litigation
- Conduct comprehensive file reviews and ensure continuous case progress
- Prepare and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Provide strategic legal advice to clients and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records in legal management systems (experience with Litify is preferred)
- Minimal court appearances; focus is on case management rather than trials
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in Personal Injury and Bankruptcy
- Probate law experience is a plus
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Active Georgia Bar License in good standing
