Assistant Listing Agent Role:
In this role you will assist the organization's real estate professionals in the leasing of single family homes.
You will play a vital role in maintaining the seamless and effective functioning of the department while delivering outstanding customer service.
You will assist with administrative tasks such as arranging appointments, handling emails, and keeping well-organized records.
Create and update property listings, ensuring that all property details, descriptions, and images are current.
Serve as a intermediary among property owners, potential tenants, and real estate agents, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
Coordinate property showings, inspections, and viewings to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
Aid in the production of marketing materials for property listings, such as brochures, online listings, and social media posts.
Work closely with real estate agents to devise and execute marketing strategies aimed at attracting potential tenants.
Conduct research on current trends in the local real estate market and offer valuable insights to real estate agents, aiding in the formulation of pricing and marketing strategies.
Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
Assistant Listing Agent Background Profile:
High school diploma or the equivalent
Active Real Estate license is a plus, but not required
1.5+ years of experience in property sales or apartment/lease locating, property management, or real esate
Experience in Multi-family (apartment), or Single-Family property management industry is a plus
MS Office Suite or Google Suite experience
Propertyware Software experience is a plus
Excellent customer service skills
Energetic and self-motivated individual
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, along with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Ability to work in the office, Monday - Friday, 8-5
