Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator Role:
As the Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the central point of communication between clients and the service teams. The Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for scheduling painters, cleaners, carpet cleaners, renovation crews, and clean-up projects while managing two service lines. In this role, being bilingual in English and Spanish is essential to communicate effectively with a diverse client and subcontractor base.
Respond to client phone calls, emails, and text messages in both English and Spanish.
Coordinate and reschedule service projects as needed
Follow up with clients to obtain missing purchase order information
Rotate as a back-up on the emergency line
Provide front desk coverage for subcontractor walk-ins and occasional applicant visits
Collaborate closely with the field team to ensure accurate scheduling, efficient resource use, and excellent customer service
Work Yard experience is a plus but not requiredÂÂ
Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator Background Profile:
Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, administrative support, or front desk role service industry highly preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with data entry and following up to collect information
Quick learner with ability to adapt to new software systems Work Yard experience a plus but not required
