Our client, a highly regarded CPA firm located in Richardson, TX, is currently seeking an experienced and professional Executive Administrative Assistant to serve as the firm's primary point of contact. This is a full-time, in-office position with flexible summer hours.

Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Act as the initial contact for all clients and guests
- Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Utilize Adobe Acrobat to scan and electronically file confidential tax documents
- Upload scanned materials into client folders and update internal workflow software
- Coordinate with tax professionals to begin return preparation
- Offer general administrative assistance and collaborate with the internal team
- Support various clerical and project-based tasks as required
- Maintain a professional and inviting front desk ambiance
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant Role:
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a CPA, tax, or financial environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must have experience with Adobe Acrobat, particularly scanning tools
- Excellent multitasking abilities and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated high level of professionalism and attention to detail
