Administrative Assistant
Our Roofing client located in Phoenix, AZ has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant on a contract to possible hire basis.

Administrative Assistant Role:
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the team on a daily basis.
Answering phones and routing calls to appropriate departments 
Handle outgoing mail and make sure all mail is properly stamped and mailed out, maintaining postage machine levels
Maintain an organized and clean front desk area, conference room and kitchen area
Order lunch for meetings and pick up if delivery is unavailable
Maintain office supply inventory 
Assist the production team with ordering materials, placing orders, and contacting suppliers
Other duties as assigned

Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ year of administrative experience
Previous experience working within the roofing or construction industry - Highly Preferred 
Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel (Updating Spreadsheets), and Outlook 
Will be using Outlook extensively
Understanding of numbers and basic math skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional and articulate
Strong attention to detail skills and organizational skills
Ability and desire to learn and be trained on new things
