Administrative Assistant Role:
The Administrative Assistant will provide full-time administrative and operational support to ensure the organization runs efficiently on a daily basis. This Administrative Assistant role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a purpose-driven environment.
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting staff, managing office functions, and maintaining accurate records. This Administrative Assistant must be comfortable handling multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing general administrative support including data entry, filing, and document management
Answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries appropriately
Assisting with intake coordination and maintaining accurate client records
Preparing correspondence, reports, and internal documentation
Supporting scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
Assisting program staff with daily operational needs
Maintaining organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
Supporting special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed
Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
2+ years of administrative or office support experience
Experience in nonprofit, healthcare, or social services environments a plusÂ
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
