Administrative Assistant
Our client, located in West Houston, TX, is in immediate need of an Administrative Assistant for a contract role that is estimated to last at least one month. 

Company Profile:
Wine distributor and producer 
New business that is rapidly growing
35 hours per week – 9am to 5pm M-F

The Administrative Assistant Role:
The main purpose of this position is to assist the owner with administrative tasks and help develop some office procedures that will assist him as he grows
Customer service – will take calls from and have email correspondence with customers
Enter information into QuickBooks
Receive checks/payments
Book travel for the owner
Work in Excel, Word, Outlook and QuickBooks on a daily basis
Enter business card information into Outlook
Assist owner in finding a new CRM and helping to input information into that system
Orders supplies for the company

The Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
4+ years of administrative experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be extremely organized
Must be able to assist with developing procedures and systems for a brand-new company
Must be flexible and be able to work on multiple projects at a time
1+ years of recent experience inputting information into QuickBooks
Proficient at Excel and Word
Great customer service skills
Professional business writing skills
Experience working in a small start up environment would be ideal
