Fantastic opportunity for an Administrative Assistant with our growing client in Fort Worth, TX on a long-term contract basis.

Company Profile:
Company developing oil and natural gas resources

Administrative Assistant Role:
The Administrative Assistant will be the first impression of the company and be friendly and welcoming to guests over the phone and in person.
Responsible for greeting visitors, and assisting with the communication between the company personnel and outside visitors.
Support the communication between the Fort Worth office and the corporate office in Tulsa, OK
Support travel and entertainment logistics for company personnel and guests
Support the flow of invoice processing for field operations
Maintain files for company vehicles and club membership 
Provide light clerical and technical support for operations, accounting and staff
Responsible for handling the incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain clean and orderly kitchen, store room, file room and conference room areas
Responsible for maintaining and ordering office and kitchen supplies
Maintain phone lists and information on local company personnel and contractors
Other administrative duties as assigned

Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years administrative/receptionist experience in a professional environment
Oil and gas experience is a plus, but not required
Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills
Desire and aptitude to learn new things and grow with the company and the position
9-4 Monday -Friday with 30 minute lunch
