Administrative Assistant Role:
The main objective of this contract position is to assist the company in obtaining more maintenance vendors.
Search new vendors and research their past work/reviews.
Research companies utilizing the web and other research tools available to qualify and identify new vendors.
Responsible for making outbound calls, reaching out to prospective vendors via phone, email, text and share the company with them to determine their interest level in providing their services and becoming a contracted vendor.
Submit vendors to Maintenance Manager for approval 
Obtain needed documentation from potential vendor partners in their entirety and
audit all forms submitted
Keep accurate logs/reports of all work performed for later review
Additional administrative tasks such as answering phones, data entry, etc.

Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma or the equivalent
2+ years’ experience working in an office environment 
Comfortable with technology to research companies
Outbound calling experience required
Strong organizational skills and customer service skills are a must
You will be trained on this role but need to possess the desire to pick the role up quickly
Well versed in either Microsoft or Google Software Suite- ideally Google Suite
Aptitude to learn quickly 
Very teachable/coachable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong work ethic
