Administrative Assistant
Our busy client located in Dallas, TX has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant on contract to possible hire basis.

Small Team Environment

Administrative Assistant Role:
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the team including answering the phones, editing and drafting documents and correspondence on a daily basis.   
Work within MS Office on various projects in Excel, Word, and Adobe making modifications to completed projects as needed.
Create, proofread and edit documents as well as track changes  
Work with ever-changing deadlines and a quick-paced staff 
Assist with daily mail delivery and office organization
Plan various agendas, monitor project deliverables and deadlines and track related documents as needed

Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of hands-on administrative support experience
Strong skills in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Word & Outlook
Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Experience drafting and editing PDF’s a plus
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work on an hourly basis
Legal blacklining, Word redlining experience required
