Administrative Assistant
Our client in the Design District of Dallas, TX is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract to possible hire basis.

Administrative Assistant Role:
The Administrative Assistant is a critical role within the office and will be a liaison between Accounting and Design departments.   
Coordinate with the Bookkeeper to ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
Coordinate shipping and deliveries to meet project manager schedule.
Provide weekly status reports to keep the team on track. 
Communicate with vendors and contractors to ensure they are providing goods and services as needed.
With some training, will reconcile credit card statements and expenses.
Track and coordinate product deliveries and enter all scheduling.

Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High school diploma is required, some college experience is a plus. 
2 years' + experience as an Administrative Assistant.
1 + year exposure to purchasing or procurement, experience with shipping and tracking products very preferable.
Experience in Design industry or similar industry highly preferred.
Candidates must have strong tenure and stable job history.
Skilled communicator and highly organized by nature.
Proficient with Studio Webware or Studio Designer software preferred but not required.
