Our Dallas client is looking to hire a Administrative Assistant to join their growing team on a contract basis to cover a medical leave.

Administrative Assistant Role:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support for the team as well as answering the phones and greeting all visitors and staff with a professional and courteous manner.
Manage multiple calendars and coordinate meetings – including conference calls, lunch meetings, web meetings, and video conferences too.
Manage travel as needed – some international travel arrangements are needed.
Create documents, spreadsheets and develop presentations in PowerPoint as needed.
Handle incoming calls – this role is responsible for multiple lines.
Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ years of experience in a professional office environment
Bachelor’ s Degree or some college preferred but not a must
Outstanding intrapersonal skills and communication skills are a must!
Strong MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
Must be a strong multi-tasker and team player
