Our client located in Colorado Springs, CO would like to add an administrative assistant to their busy and growing team.Â

Administrative Assistant Role:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the successful operations of the office while collaborating with leadership, manage facilities, supporting the CEO and Executive Leadership Team and uphold our organizational ethos through various engagement initiatives.
Oversee office operations, partnering with facility management
Drive company culture by organizing appreciation and recognition activities
Support the CEO and Leadership in their daily routines
Manage company technology equipment and maintenance needs
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangementsÂ
Develop presentations for internal and external meetings
Prioritize matters for the CEO's attention and redirect as necessary
Keep the CEO informed of priority issues and ensure timely follow-up
Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of leadership
Organize and prepare for meetings, including logistics and document gathering
Handle email prioritization and responses
Update CRM: Add notes, accounts, and any additional information into our CRM system
Client Meetings: Attend virtual meetings with clients to ensure that all relevant information is communicated to the team
Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
At least three years of Administrative Assistant experience in the healthcare industry strongly preferred but not required
Possess and utilize excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Expert level Excel skills and Salesforce highly preferred
Strong organizational abilities with acute attention to detail
Timely and effective communication with C Suite and company management
Coordination of workflows from multiple internal clients
Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines
Proficient in reading and comprehending instructions and correspondence
Effective presentation skills to diverse groups
