Administrative Assistant Role:
In this role, you will provide administrative assistance to the Executive Assistant, as well as provide occasional support to the three owners. You will need to be able to problem solve and complete responsibilities without requiring much aid or guidance.
The Administrative Assistant will buzz in guests and receive deliveries at the front door, as well as other administrative duties. 
Every day takes would include checking the mail, taking care of recycling and trash bins that get picked up weekly, maintaining filing system, running errands - getting lunch, going to FedEx/USPS/etc, verifying that orders are placed as necessary to ensure necessary supplies are available at all times, and occasionally running personal errands for the EA or owners. 
Take meeting minutes and communicating with building contractors (landscaping, janitorial services, and etc.) regarding needs. 
Schedule meetings and set up and clean up meeting areas, as well as provide any and all documents needed for meetings.
This person will be the point of contact for any events or meetings taking place at the facility, ie. helping hosts with whatever is required, group lunch orders, meeting vendors, set up and break down of events, ensure beverages are set up before meetings and through events, etc.
Responsible for booking complex domestic travel arrangements.
Inventory management of swag.
Manage in-office snacks and beverages.
Additional ad hoc administrative responsibilities will come up.

Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 2 - 3 years of previous administrative experience in a corporate environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact in a professional and courteous manner 
Desire to work in a small office and be a team player 
Must have experience in MS Office Suite
Desire to help a strong company continue to grow and expand
Ability to work in the office 8 – 5 on Monday – Friday
