Our Phoenix, AZ client is looking to bring in an Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract to possible hire basis. This is a great opportunity to join a team in growth mode.

Administrative Assistant Role:
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and sales support to the team on a daily basis.
Receive and enter details into Salesforce.
Handle marketing inventory and supplies
Help prepare client presentations in PowerPoint.
Plan travel arrangements for the outside sales team.
Maintain an organized and clean front desk area, conference room and kitchen area
Copying, filing and scanning documents
Administrative Assistant Background Profile:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2+ year of experience in an administrative role which required heavy data entry
Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must be professional and resourceful in order to handle clients
Must be detail oriented, highly organized and dependable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter and a quick learner
Working knowledge of Salesforce a plus
Able to work 7am-4: 30pm Monday-Friday
