Our client in Irving, Texas is seeking two detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialists for a potential contract-to-hire opportunity. The primary responsibility of this position is to meticulously review, transfer, and reconcile data to ensure precision and minimize errors throughout the conversion process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer and reconcile accounts receivable data across different systems.
- Thoroughly examine invoices, statements, and account specifics to verify accuracy.
- Identify discrepancies and promptly escalate issues when necessary.
- Utilize expertise in billing and collections procedures to validate data accuracy.
- Document and monitor progress to provide comprehensive support to accounting leadership.
- Handle confidential financial information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting roles.
- Prior experience in B2B accounts receivable collections is essential.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, HighRadius, or equivalent, and proficiency in standard office software like Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Slack.
- Understanding of billing workflows, reconciliations, and payment processes.
- Strong numerical accuracy, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.
Job Requirements
3 - 5+ years of prior B2B AR collections experience, a strong customer service presence, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
