Our client located in North Dallas, Texas is adding an Accounts Receivable Specialist to their team.  This is a direct hire hybrid opportunity.Â

Accounts Receivable Specialist Role:Â
Accounts Receivable Specialist’s primary focus will be to assist the AR Manager with customer billings, and collectionsÂ
Upload customer contracts into system
Generate contract billing and revenue schedulesÂ
Attend monthly meetings regarding project timelines and completions to facilitate billing
Send monthly reports of project billings to AR Manager
Process customer invoices through payment portals
Update customer files with billings and salesÂ
Reconcile and invoice customer pass-through costs
Manage customer aging reports
Process receipts and cash applicationsÂ
Frequently contact customers regarding billings and collections
Accounts Receivable Specialist Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
Must have experience as an AR Specialist- invoicing cash applications, and aging reports
Must have Rebilling experience, irregular billing experience to qualify
Must have strong Excel skills- pivot tables, look ups, formulas
Knowledge of accounting principlesÂ
Exceptional written and oral communication skillsÂ
A background reviewing contracts preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft tools; Excel, Word, Outlook
Experience using ERP systems; Microsoft F&O is a plus
