Our client in the Dallas Fort Worth Area has an immediate need for a Accounts Receivable specialist on a long-term contract basis.

Accounts Receivable Deductions Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Receivable Deductions and claims specialist to manage and resolve deductions and claims within our accounts receivable function.
Ensure accurate processing of deductions, handling client claims, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Review and process deductions and claims submitted by clients, ensuring all information is accurate and complete.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to deductions and claims by collaborating with clients and internal departments.
Monitor aged deductions and claims, providing updates and strategies for resolution.
Prepare detailed reports on deduction and claim statuses, trends, and resolutions.
Coordinate with the finance team, including Credit Controllers and Collections Analysts, to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.
Assist in maintaining comprehensive documentation for all deductions and claims activities.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the accounts receivable function.
Accounts Receivable Deductions Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in accounts receivable, with a focus on deductions and claims management.
Background in customer service and client relationship management.
Experience with accounting, auditing, and reconciliation practices is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Demonstrates initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
