Firm handles major-league cases across the Nation
Accounts Payable Specialist Role
The Accounts Payable Specialist will review and post all accounts payable invoices to ensure accurate and timely processing
Prepare checks for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with company policies
Address and resolve questions related to invoices and checks issued
Process credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with multiple entities to reconcile accounts, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity
Maintain detailed and organized records for auditing and reporting purposes
Communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams regarding financial transactions
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as needed
Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the bookkeeping function
Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
High-level proficiency in QuickBooks for managing financial transactions
Strong knowledge and practical use of Excel for data analysis and reporting
Exceptional accuracy in data entry to ensure financial records are precise
Ability to collaborate and work harmoniously with a team
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
Self-motivated and able to initiate tasks independently
Skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines
Accounts Payable Specialist Background
3 years of AP experience and an Associate's Degree or 5+ years of AP experience
Proficient in QuickBooks and MS Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
