Our client located in Dallas, TX is hiring a Accounts Payable Analyst. This is long term contract opportunity that will be based in-office.

Accounts Payable Analyst Role:
Accounts Payable Analyst will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the financial operations by managing various accounting tasks and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
Receive, track, and input vendor bills into the accounts payable system
Maintain strong vendor relationships and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies
Contact vendors to obtain payment details
Track vendor contracts and details while maintaining the vendor master file
Support the month-end close process
Accounts Payable Analyst Background Profile:
3-5 years of experience in accounts payable
Strong research skills
Experience with Coupa and NetSuite is a plus
Solid understanding of accounts payable principles, practices, and processes
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Experience in help desk or call center roles is a plus
