Our client located in Scottsdale, Arizona is currently seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team on a direct hire basis.

Role Summary:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data
- Maintain balanced and organized accounting system
- Manage general ledger accounts and reconcile balances
- Prepare monthly and quarterly P&L statements
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with regulations
- Update and maintain QuickBooks accounting system
- Assist with customer billing and invoicing
- Track and manage medical billing and insurance claims
- Collaborate with management on financial performance
Requirements:
- Proven bookkeeping experience in medical or healthcare settings
- Proficiency in QuickBooks; Paychex experience preferred
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and P&L statements
- Knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and office software
- Knowledge of tax filings and healthcare regulations is a plus
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
