Role Overview:
- Provide comprehensive accounting and finance support
- Handle tasks including AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll assistance, and financial reporting
- Prepare financial summaries such as P&L and balance sheets
- Partner with executive leadership on day-to-day operational priorities
- Develop and maintain internal procedures related to finance, inventory, payroll, and HR
- Support HR functions such as onboarding and compliance tracking
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and communication initiatives
- Manage vendor engagement and oversee documentation review and credit evaluation
- Provide scheduling and administrative support to executive leadership
- Assist with business system integrations and recommend workflow improvements
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all business platforms
Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, operations, or business administration
- Proficient in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and Excel
- Experience with ERP/field service software like FieldServio or NetSuite is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of working directly with executive leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational abilities
- Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends during peak cycles

Job Requirements
5+ years in accounting, operations, or business administration. Strong QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) and Excel skills required. Experience with ERP/field service software (e.g., FieldServio, NetSuite) is a plus.
