Presently, they are in search of a proficient and dependable Bookkeeper to oversee financial and administrative operations and advance alongside the organization.

Bookkeeper Role:
- Provides support for accounting tasks and office procedures
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in bookkeeping required
- Mastery of QuickBooks Enterprise is essential
- Prior exposure to job costing is desirable, familiarity with NetSuite is a bonus
- Independent role within a familial business setting
- Responsibilities encompass bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and more
Bookkeeper Background Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping and office management
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise is mandatory
- Strongly preferred knowledge in job costing
- Experience with NetSuite is advantageous
- Degree not mandatory, emphasis on reliability and competency
- Capability to work autonomously with meticulous attention to detail
- Adaptability to a small, family-oriented business environment
