Our client based in Dallas, Texas is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst with a strong background in Commercial Real Estate. This is a full-time position located at their office.

Financial Analyst Role:
Joining the Finance and Investments division, the Financial Analyst will be instrumental in providing support to the Development & Acquisition teams in various real estate transactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing detailed financial models
- Managing property due diligence processes
- Contributing to investment committee presentations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful execution of investment strategies
- Assisting in asset management functions and tenant lease negotiations
Financial Analyst Background Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or real estate
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate
- Proficient in financial modeling, real estate underwriting, and investment summaries
- Familiarity with Argus software is a plus
- Banking or finance background is advantageous
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Willingness to travel locally as needed

Job Requirements
Bachelor s degree in business, finance, economics, or real estate required, 2 4 years of experience in real estate underwriting, finance, or banking required, ARGUS software experience highly preferred, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Analytical and financial modeling skill required
