Junior Accountant Role:
The Junior Accountant will join the U.S. finance team supporting accounting functions for the U.S. and Canada, working across multiple international entities. This Junior Accountant role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a team-player mindset.
Process and analyze invoices, payments, and bank transactions
Apply customer payments and manage accounts receivable follow-ups
Monitor vendor activity and update system records
Maintain accurate credit card and expense records
Assist with month-end journal entries and account reconciliations
Collaborate with international finance teams on tax compliance (Sales Tax / VAT)
Use NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Excel to manage financial data
Support general ledger and operational accounting tasks
Handle repetitive processes with accuracy and consistency
Junior Accountant Background Profile:
4+ years of accounting experience (AR, AP, journal entries, reconciliations)
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus, not required
Familiar with U.S. and Canadian accounting standards
Basic knowledge of sales tax and VAT is helpful
Proficient in Excel and comfortable with ERP systems
Experience with NetSuite and QuickBooks
Strong time management and communication skills
