Accounting Coordinator
Our client located in Greenville, TX is in need of an Accounting Coordinator. This is an in office direct hire opportunity.

Accounting Coordinator Role:
Accounting Coordinator will handle key financial processes and office support tasks.
Main responsibilities include managing payments, balancing accounts, and maintaining accurate records to keep operations running smoothly.
Oversee accounts receivable and payable ensuring accurate deposits, purchase orders, and credit card transactions.
Process and post payments into the accounting system, generating reports as needed.
Prepare, submit, and finalize monthly revenue and expense journals before closing the accounting period.
Manage internal controls and financial software processes.
Print and review monthly journals, schedules, and the general ledger to maintain accuracy.
Support the annual audit by preparing reports and assisting with inventory observations.
Handle weekly payroll processing and records using ADP WorkforceNow.
Ensure timely submission of tax reports, deposits, and returns.
Assist with physical inventory counts and year-end financial reviews.
Accounting Coordinator Background Profile:
2 years of experience in an accounting-focused role.
Strong understanding of AP/AR, invoicing, and purchase orders.
Payroll experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks is highly valued.
Experience with ADP WorkforceNow is a plus.
Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.
Prior experience in manufacturing or inventory tracking is preferred
This role is onsite, with occasional remote work upon approval by the General Manager.
