Accounting Clerk
Job Description
Our growing client in Tampa, FL has an immediate need for an in-office Accounting Clerk on a direct-hire basis.

Accounting Clerk Role:
As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining AP and AR records generating daily and weekly reports, recording reconciliations, and processing payments with cost center allocations while providing outstanding service to customers.
Accounts Payable and Receivable responsibilities
Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
Reconcile transactions
Generate customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
Accounting Clerk Background Profile:
2-3 years of Accounting experience (construction industry a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Excel
Experience with accounting software (Viewpoint preferred)
Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with motivation to learn and advance professionally
