Account Executive
Calling senior-level service sales professionals!  We have an outstanding opportunity to with our client located in the Galleria area of Houston, TX client as a Account Executive on a direct hire basis.

Account Executive Role:
Responsible for the POP, (Phase Operational Process), of a sales cycle.  
Accountable for continued growth thru adding clients and additional services for current clients.
Coordinate available resources to assist all departments in providing the highest quality of service and customer relations.
Identify and develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers.  
Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new customers and projects in accounts through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting with the help of the Client Service team regarding lead generation and criteria.  
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Research varying industries in areas that will benefit from property tax expertise.
Monitor the validity of the leads generated and suggest changes to guidelines as necessary.
Maintain a reporting system that assures follow-up with prospective clients that received proposals.  
Schedule and coordinate prospective client trips maximizing the time for business development.  This includes requests from the Technical Department for plant tours, hearings, and/or other out of town requests.
Review all contracts and location lists for accuracy; provide special instructions to other departments to ensure the completion of agreed work to be performed and forward to appropriate departments for processing.
Responsible for the “ Close” of assigned prospects.
Complete all new client files sheets.
Work with Client Services over contract debriefs.
Use knowledge and experience to assist the Technical and Accounting Departments in completion of their tasks related to Data Request, Data Received, Protest/Reporting and Invoicing/Collection.
Help maintain current contract and contact information for the invoicing and collection process.
Maintain confidentiality of potential clients and use discretion in providing information and suggestions as to the qualifications of the prospect.  
Verify the financial stability of potential clients to protect against bad debt.

Account Executive Background Profile:
10+ years of hands-on service-related sales experience.
MUST have experience and be comfortable making a high amount of outbound calls and the ability to work through gate keepers to get to the right person.
Must have an entrepreneurial drive and be driven to succeed including ability to work independently and manage your core business.
MUST be experienced and comfortable doing research necessary to identify companies and contacts that would benefit from this service.
Experience with networking to build your sales pipeline would be ideal.
A person who thrives in a metric driven environment would be ideal for this role.
Demonstrate sales results to provide leads and to “ close the deal”.
Communicate clearly and work effectively within a team.
Anticipate and catch problems as they may arise; must be able to deviate from a plan as necessary.
Strong Microsoft Office Suite skill.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM is highly preferred, but experience with other large CRM’ s will be considered as well.
Must have a valid drivers’ license and auto insurance.
Bachelor’ s degree is preferred.
Must be able to travel to visit clients and domestic conferences amounting to 25% annual travel.  Possible International travel in the future.
