Our client located in Dallas, TX near the DFW Airport is in need of a Salesforce Solution Analyst. This is an onsite 12-month contract opportunity.

Salesforce Solution Analyst Role
The Salesforce Solution Analyst will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and the Salesforce development team by gathering requirements, documenting business processes, and translating functional needs into Salesforce solutions.
This individual will play a key role throughout the implementation lifecycle, supporting solution design, configuration, testing, integrations, and user acceptance activities.
Responsibilities include:
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs), user stories, and functional specifications.
Configure Salesforce Public Sector Solutions using declarative Salesforce tools.
Support implementation of permitting, inspections, plan review, fee calculation, and payment routing processes.
Configure Experience Cloud portals supporting external constituents and contractors.
Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and security models.
Collaborate with technical teams to define integration requirements with enterprise applications including: Bluebeam, JP Morgan Chase, Unifier, Primavera P6, ESRI, Box
Assist with source to target data mapping and migration efforts from EnerGov into Salesforce.
Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and support business users throughout testing.
Participate in solution workshops, configuration sessions, and project planning meetings.
Ensure solutions align with business objectives and Salesforce best practices.
Support project documentation and configuration workbooks throughout the implementation.
Salesforce Solution Analyst Background Profile
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience.
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Experience configuring Salesforce using: Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
Experience writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), user stories, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.
Experience supporting enterprise software implementations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Preferred
Salesforce Public Sector Solutions experience.
Salesforce Public Sector Solutions Accredited Professional Certification.
Experience with OmniStudio, including: OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors
Experience configuring Salesforce Experience Cloud.
Knowledge of permitting, inspections, licensing, or government workflows.
Experience supporting enterprise system integrations.
Experience with data migration and source to target mapping.
Experience developing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
