Our client located near Las Colinas, TX has an immediate opening for a Ceridian HRIS Analyst. This is a direct hire opportunity.Â

Ceridian HRIS Analyst Role:
The HRIS Analyst will work alongside a more senior HRIS Analyst and report to the Director of HRIS.Â
The main responsibility of the role will be to maintain the HRIS technology and respond to all day-to-day system inquiries.Â
Provide user support and assistance with all things related to Ceridian.
Answer all Payroll and HRIS help desk tickets.Â
Ensure security and accuracy of the Ceridian HRIS system.
Generate reports for the HRIS, Payroll, and HR teams in addition to any requested by corporate and stakeholders.
Regularly run data summaries and analysis used for strategic planning purposes.
Per HR’s policy follow procedure when updating, validating, and correcting employee records and HR data.
Regularly update end-user documentation and training materials.
Ceridian HRIS Analyst Background Profile:Â
Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
Any HRIS or HR Information Management certifications are a plus
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HRIS Analyst, sole responsibility
Ideally have experience with Ceridian Dayforce, other HRIS platforms will be considered
Must have a solid understanding of HR policies procedures and data privacy regulations
Looking for candidates with strong technical skills and proficiency in Excel
