Event Planning Assistant role
Data Entry into Database software (Lotus Approach)
Administrative support to 2 principles as needed  
Manage mailouts, notices, and updates to registrants
Greet guest and hand out name tags 
Assist with ordering catered lunches, booking conference rooms, etc. 

Event Planning Assistant Background profile:
2 years administrative or clerical experience  
Outgoing personality, comfortable interacting with people 
Strong customer service 
Ability to multitask effectively 
Meeting Industry or hospitality experience is a big plus
