Data Administrator Role
Data Admin to the Engineering Team will support the engineering team with the opening, the execution, and the closing of projects.
Support the Director of Engineering as well as the Estimators and Systems Designers and at times support the Project Managers during parts of projects.
Ensure files for the team and projects are up to date and properly archived.
Ensure all product price lists are kept up to date. 
The Data Admin will prepare, track, and record electronic project submittals. 
Prepare documentation required for job closeouts and send a copy to the customer(s).
Record minutes for Engineering meetings 
Follow up on action items.
Assist Designers with CAD drawing clean-up and basic template set-up.
Create electronic file projects within the software, manage permission management, document version control, and provide periodic training for new and existing users.
Create and assign initial engineering tasks as needed when new projects are processed then send Introduction letters.
Assist Project Managers in tracking closeout documents required to close a project.
Other duties as assigned.

Data Administrator Requirements
High School Diploma or GED; on-the-job training may substitute as equivalent
Minimum of 3 years office-related experience, ideally supporting an Engineering,  Design, or Team of Estimators.
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word applications.
Must have elementary-level experience with modeling software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks, will consider both on-the-job or educational experience 
Ability to become well-versed with Bluebeam PDF Editor
