Agricultural aviation company
Shipping and Packaging Clerk Role:
In this role, you will be part of a growing company and department that is expanding its current operations and implanting new processes due to the increase in business.
Responsibilities include:
Packing parts for shipment
Crating items when necessary
Getting freight bids
Maintaining shipping supply levels
Filing/tracking of damage claims as needed
Tracking backorders
Sending tracking information to customers
Shipping and Packaging Clerk Background Profile:
High School Diploma or the equivalent
2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
Must have experience with International shipping and Hazardous Materials shipping
Proficient in MS Office Suite – specifically Word and Outlook
Basic ERP experience as it relates to inventory management
Forklift certification is a plus, but not a requirement. Use of a forklift is minimal
The ideal candidate will be someone seeking a long-term opportunity and a work “home”, and desire to grow with the company.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work 8 am – 5 pm Monday – Friday with occasional overtime
