Bilingual Payroll Clerk Role:
The Bilingual Payroll Clerk will process payroll through QuickBooks for a company with approximately 75 employees, and assist with various administrative duties.
Pay employees weekly (gather all hours from jobsites, enter in QuickBooks, make direct deposit entries for payroll payment) 50-100 employees
Setup new hires in QuickBooks
Send weekly payments to child support & 401k plan (completed online)
Make weekly tax deposits
Send out health insurance packets to new hires
Respond to any verifications of employment, unemployment claims
Report any injuries to workers comp (as needed basis)
Complete quarterly taxes
Keep employee log sheet up to date with current employees and dates
Must be bilingual in English/Spanish
Bilingual Payroll Clerk Background Profile:
High school diploma
5+ years of directly related experience
Ability to start quickly
Bilingual: English/Spanish
