Are you passionate about conserving energy and finding ways to help others do the same? Our client in Oklahoma City, OK has an immediate need for a Client Manager on a direct hire basis.

Client Manager Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for a specific portfolio of clients and will manage a team of Energy Specialists as well as manage customer relationships, customer profitability, the integrity of the data and renewal opportunities.
You will be the main point of contact for clients and make sure the program stays on track and meets projections.  
You will work remotely and on premises with clients – overseeing project planning, staffing, client relationships, and resource allocation.
Reside within and travel throughout a specified region. 
Assume full responsibility for client program performance, including energy reduction and profitability. 
Maintain contractual staffing levels at each client location. 
Schedule and assign subject matter experts to ensure the success of the energy conservation program. 
Ensure that energy management action plans are synchronized appropriately with all clients. 
Maintain awareness of the energy program within the client board, chief leaders, and other stakeholders within required timelines. 
Ensure data integrity and completeness in all internal and client-facing programs. 
Submit client visit reports and client interactions in a timely manner. 
Ensure that reporting staff produce effective site-based audit reports, including weekly communications to the Program Liaison. 
Actively participate in Client Review meetings, as required. 
Assist the accounting team with collections efforts when necessary. 
Be available to directly support client performance on nights, weekends, and holidays when required. 
Provide day-to-day oversight of the energy specialists' team, including training, development, and meeting specified performance metrics.


Client Manager Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree required, but experience level could be in lieu of the degree.
With degree, 2+ years management/leadership experience – leading teams.
Multi-unit leadership is a plus.
Experience with school districts (K-12), and/or universities, and/or public sector entities is a plus.
Technical background or engineering background is a plus.
PMP certification is desired.
Ability to travel up to 75% of the time in the state of Oklahoma.
Proficiency in understanding project scope and contract requirements. 
Familiarity with client union contracts (if applicable), training programs, and local and national regulations related to project activities. 
Comprehensive knowledge of local utility services used by clients. 
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team effectively. 
Strong communication abilities, capable of communicating with individuals at all levels, from C-level executives to maintenance and operations staff, as well as custodians. 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to influence both within the organization and externally with clients. 
Competence in Windows/PC operations, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and web-based software applications. 
Project management skills to effectively manage project outcomes and provide proactive updates. 
Fundamental understanding of building operations or a strong willingness and interest to learn. 
Capability to read, interpret, and act upon interval data effectively. 
Agility in multitasking to achieve specific objectives. 
Strong aptitude and motivation to successfully launch new energy programs
