Assistant Property Manager Role:
The Assistant Property Manager will report to the Property Manager ensuring that current and potential tenants inquires and/or requests are met.
Respond to tenant inquires and request in a timely manner, and follow up to ensure all issues are resolved
Drive tours through engagement of prospects, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
Coordinate tours with potential tenants
Follow up with prospects after tours and coordinate with General Manager to move prospective customers through the sign-up process
Document interactions by use of CRM and leasing software
Inspect the property on a routine basis
Assist with coordinating unit upgrades as needed
Order kitchen and conference room supplies as needed
Schedule third party services contractors, such as janitorial and landscaping services as needed
Assistant Property Manager Background Profile:
High school diploma or equivalent, degree a plus
1-2 years of industry related experience a plus but not required
1-2 years of customer service experience
Phone sales experience a plus
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
Punctual and dependable
Strong organizational skills
Excellent time management skills
